He is known to have one of the best physiques in the world.But ,Avengers star Chris Hemsworth  looked shockingly gaunt in an Instagram selfie on sunday after embarking on an intense 500-calorie a day diet ahead of his new film. He wrote

'Just tried a new diet/training program called "Lost At Sea." Wouldn't recommend it,' 

He slimmed down for the movie , In the Heart of the Sea.His character is a sailor stranded at sea with the other crew for 90 days.
