 Teen mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry got some serious surgery thanks to Dr. Michael Salzhauer — AKA Dr. Miami.The 23 year old mother of two went under the knife and the doctor posted the before and after photos of her brand new butt implants on SnapChat.
