Elderly man knocked down by car along Gbagada Express way

Car knocked down an elderly man along the Gbagada Express-way. The driver of the vehicle that hit the man did wait until the Lagos State ambulance came. But the reason why this is making it to LIB is because the ambulance allegedly refused to take the man into their vehicle after they certified he was dead, saying that their ambulance was meant only for emergency, that another government agency will come pick the corpse.
