In an interview six weeks ago, Kim Kardashian confirmed she will be spending a fan's 21st birthday with her. The lucky girl is Myleeza, a small town girl from Louisiana.

Kim and Myleeza met in December 2013 when the reality star invited the then 19-year-old and her friend, Sara to join her in the VIP section at Kanye's Yeezus concert in New Orleans. After the concert, Kim took the teenagers backstage to meet Kanye West. These are photos taken that day.
